Loving Love Inspires the Heart to Create Words that Gives Love its Life.

Living in a love relationship is trusting in the abundance that must be in every great union between two people. But even more important is the ability to allow that abundance in love to come into your life to begin with.

So often I see people who live in fear in many aspects of their love relationship. They are constantly fearful that the love will not be there, that they are not worthy of love or that they will somehow “Screw it up.”

Have you met people like that or have you ever been there yourself? I know I have and it is not a pleasant place to be.

But really when this happens in love, you must tale a serious look as to why it happens at all. You have to look within and see what it is about your relationship that is causing such feelings? It could be you; It could be that your partner is not that matched to you or it could be that your relationship is not as natural as it could be.

Whatever the reason, unless there is a true joining of two spirits, there can never be an abundance of love.

Pretty strong statement, I know, but I have seen it play out in my own life on so many levels and to finally have a fairly strong grasp on the truth of abundance in love.

When you find that truth in love, you too will understand the abundance of love and live accordingly.

But what has to happen for that experience to come and live in you?

Well, you have to have a clear grasp of who you are in the love experience and live accordingly. The worse thing you could ever do in love is to act “As if…” in a relationship. What is “As if…” ? Well, it is the way you act as if you were interested in something your partner does, but, in reality, you are not. I have seen this countless times when women feign interest in sports of some kind and then when the love has progressed, they no longer need to do so. Invariably, it always causes problems down the road.

This is what I was saying about a natural love. If you look for common ground going in and are honest about that which you enjoy and do not enjoy, then there are no confusing elements of a love relationship.

In the end, it all comes down to self-love and the realization that you are to love yourself first and live in that love as it radiates out. Therein lies the truth of the beauty of the abundance of love.

In the End, Love is All There is, So Let Your Words be Your Beginning.

Love Writings: Desire And Love As A Foundation For Eternity

It is my contention that desire is indeed at the heart of love and it is in that desire that we find our firm foundation in the relationship. The foundation of desire is often confused with being committed to one another, which these days is a truly rare find.

You see, commitment and everything else we do in the relationship has to have at its foundation, insatiable desire behind it.  Think about anything you have done in your life, it all started with desire, did it not? It was a burning feeling inside you that propelled you forward to achieve anything that you felt you needed to achieve.

My wrestling coach used to say, “Hustle and Desire” all of the time as he was making us run stairs to get us ready for practice. Of course, when you are panting and sweating, hustle and desire means little at that point. But it was not the running of the stairs that was inciting desire within us, but the forward look at the conditioning of our minds and our bodies for the eventual match that would lie ahead.

When I diverted my energies towards acting, as that was my desire, I found the same spirit of hustle and desire as we would rehearse a scene over and over to firmly cement not only the motions of the scene, but also the emotions of he scene.

Do we not do the same in love?

We all do, or at least we should be doing so as the desire to make that love as majestic as we could imagine should be a burning fire within. Unfortunately, many relationships that start with a misplaced desire often run aground in that very emotion.

The burning desire, usually physical in nature, gives way to a more intrinsic aspect of love, the desire of the soul. It is in this place that many who fan the flame of physical desire first, fall short as they have neglected the affairs of the heart.

Men certainly get their fair share of the criticism for this but women are fast becoming the harbingers of this emotion as well as our enlightened sensibilities seemed to have brought forth similar aspects of love in men and woman at the beginning of a relationship.

Don’t be fooled, women may indeed bring these sensibilities in at the outset of the relationship, but they quickly begin to look to the heart of the matter as the man usually lags behind.

So what is the answer?

At the heart of all is the desire to be equally paired with a partner that truly does form a Ying-Yang relationship with you. You have to have the desire to find this and you may even have to, God forbid, look past the physical to find a true desire that is the foundation for eternity.
