I watch The Biggest Loser every week as I write about it and so, I have more of a relationship than most when I watch the show.

This season, it seems as if the group are a bit more sentimental than seasons past as most seem to wear their hearts on their sleeves, as the old expression goes. For those unfamiliar with the expression, it means that they are a bit more expressive with their feelings and that goes for the guys and the gals.

In the current episode, and it seems as if hey do it ever season, the Losers, as I call them, go home to see their family after not being with them for at this point, over a month.

The trip home usually does one of two things; It makes them want to just stay home and abandon the weight loss, which they all desperately need to accomplish, or it gives them the motivation to complete the journey for their family. Ultimately, however, the journey is always for themselves and what is so great about the show is that most realize that in the end.

Much can be said foe the ebb and flow of a Daily Love Routine.

When I talk to people about establishing a Daily Love Routine, most of the time they look at it as something they are doing for their partner. As they begin to establish the routine and really flush out motives and the truth about love, they turn their focus inward and see that love is an inside job first and foremost. When you love you, the love that flows out of you is always much sweeter than a love based on some element of fear.

Face it, true love and fear in that love can never coincide together.

Think about that the next time you are doing something “out of love”. Are you fearful of not doing it somehow? If so, reexamine the love and know that love’s motives are always pure. It s the human element that seeks to corrupt that aspect of love.

A Daily Love Routine is always based on the love that flows from the inside out and when you do that, the love will be returned ten-fold.

What a journey of the heart we are all on.

Adoration is a word people don’t seem to use as much these days for the simple fact that love is so overused. What is adoration, you ask?

Well it is different form love, in a way, as it should be, but certainly love encompasses the very essence of the word.

Adoration is described as the feeling of profound love and admiration and the act of admiring strongly. You see, love embodies adoration and love, it seems these days, completely skips over the adoration aspect all together, making it frail in many respects.

You see, love denotes an intimacy that is callously achieved in these days of the one-hundred and forty character text messages. It seems that love has become as fleeting as our cryptic messages since losing the adoration aspect of love.

Adoration is a stepping stone to that intimacy and is needed to sustain love in all ways. When you truly adore your partner, you will find that love is a place of beauty and filled with the perfection that true love brings to your life.

Within the very core of adoration is appreciation and gratitude. If you can honestly appreciate your partner and are grateful for who they are in your life, then you should have a smooth path to the realization of adoration.

I encourage you to take time today to think of the ways that you adore your partner. Look for the ways that they make you feel special and grateful that they are in your life.

If the beauty of reflective moments of adoration for your partner inspire you, then make it known to them. If your are struggling with adoration and the steps leading to it, then look within to understand why.

Remember, the mirror is always the beginning point of understanding all of your relationships, starting with yourself.
